Energy work is an effective tool that we, as massage therapists, can use to promote our clients' well being. We will discuss the basics of energy work, primarily focusing on Eden Energy Medicine. We will introduce the Daily Energy Routine™ (DER), which is a series of postures, holds, and exercises that strengthen essential energy patterns. The DER is an excellent self care tool to use before and after seeing clients, especially when we feel prone to picking up other people's energy. After learning the DER, we will demonstrate and practice how to apply it to clients with the Quick Energy Balancer™.
