Eve Bensky is a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner as well as a licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer.  Eve’s interest in Energy Medicine began when an osteopathic physician introduced her to some energy based techniques.  She had been seeking relief from numerous chronic medical issues, including pain, sinusitis, and migraines, with no lasting relief from her symptoms.  Eve’s health improved drastically once she incorporated energy work into her routine.  She decided she wanted to help others experience the relief she was able to achieve.

In 2017, Eve began the intensive, two year Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner training.  She completed the certification program in April of 2019.  Her Energy Medicine journey led her to massage therapy.  Eve attended both trainings simultaneously, and completed her massage therapist licensing in March of 2019 and her Eden Energy Medicine certification in April of 2019. Eve then became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM in July 2021.

Eve utilizes tools from Eden Energy Medicine, massage, and NASM to customize every session.  Her goal is to empower you to take control of your health and well-being.
